They really care and are very responsive to any issues or exchanges that you may need to have done. The ring itself is very nice looking and the gun metal color of the tungsten with the gold stripe is very striking.
Other reviewers have mentioned that they have seen similar rings at big retail jewelry stores for hundreds of dollars more. I have no doubt that this is true as the quality of this ring is certainly high.
