The description of the item does not include the inscription. On each of the loops, in the inside, there is a word printed. One says "Together" and the other "Forever". This should be noted if you're purchasing the necklace for its appearance alone.
Otherwise, I recommend a good polishing when you first receive the item. Mine came coated in something that dulled the appearance.
