(More customer reviews)I ordered this ring because the stone looked very pretty even online. When I received it it was just as pretty as pictured. Upon visual inspection one of the prongs looked inadequate so I brought it to my jeweler especially because of previous reviews where the stone fell out. He found the stone to be loose and he also said the "seat" was not deep eneough to hold the stone adequately and he thought the stone was just dropped in and the prongs only pinched tight to secure it. Because the stone is very nice I'll have my jeweler make the structure of the ring what it should be. I'm amazed at the shoddy workmanship of the original jewelry company that made it. That's why I only gave two stars on the rating.
