(More customer reviews)Many manufacturers are coming out with "Kate Middleton - Princess Diana" lookalike engagement rings -- but when I see most of them, I truly GAG...at least inwardly.
Anyone who looks at pictures of the original ring can see that it is 'cushion' shaped -- that is, it's basically in the shape of a rectangle, with two half-circles on the end. It is NOT round, (as too many replica-manufactures have, incredibly, shaped their product). It is not an oval either, (ovals have rounded sides, but Ms. Middleton's ring has stragight sides.) This ring, withit's semi-oval, sami-pear shaped, shape, (slightly narrower at one end, slightly wider at the other), comes the closest to any "look-alike" ring I have seen....no matter what the price. But, like the other rings, it has fewere stones around the edge, (I didn't count them all -- but I know that, in the original, FIVE edge-stones take the space of THREE edge-stones in this....and so many other ring replicas.)
Still, this IS the closest to the original that I've seen yet, and it is VERY moderately priced, compared to other replica rings. With sterling silver and diamond CZ sapphires, it is -- at least at this date -- the replica ring of choice, for me!
