(More customer reviews)The ring was sent in the wrong size twice. I have had to argue every step of the way. Finally I sent pictures taken of the ring on the sizing stick in the e-mail. They eventually agreed to take the item back & refund my shipping costs however it has been a week & I have not seen a cent back. The ring was purchased to wear to Thanksgiving dinner & that did not happen. Hopefully I will get my refund by Christmas but I'm not holding my breath!!!
