(More customer reviews)I have had this ring three times and the 1st times it was baught from the actual store but i lost/damaged them. this was excellent, sparkles better than diamonds, the only problem is after a couple months of water exposure it eventually chips its silver and leaves a rust color underneath the scratches, id suggest getting it dipped in rhodium or re-dipped in sterling silver. but my crystals have never fell out..and all you have to do to re shine is get a cotton cloth and soap and warm water. GREAT ring
