(More customer reviews)I bought this for my niece's H.S. graduation gift. She was thrilled. It is a delicate ring and just right for a young lady. If I were buying it for myself, I'd want the stone to be a little larger. The color change was not very dramatic - pink/orange to light blue/dark blue rather than ruby red to emerald green (what an Alexandrite should do). Despite the more muted color change, she was very happy with it and wrote me a thank you note in which she said the ring was "awesome". All in all, it is a nice ring and makes a nice gift.
